Join the Grand Dames as they hear from a five (5) time cancer survivor and Ocala Royal Dames member, Cass Greene. She is an inspiration to all.
Lunch Choices:
1. Chicken Apple Crunch Salad
Sliced strips of Grilled Chicken, green apples, dried
cranberries and candied pecans, topped with
Gorgonzola cheese and crispy wontons, served with
cranberry-orange vinaigrette
2. Philly Cheesesteak
Sliced ribeye, cheddar cheese, peppers, onions,
house steak sauce and roasted garlic aioli on a
toasted hoagie roll with side of coleslaw
3. Pan-Seared Crab Cakes
Served with a rustic dijonnaise and grilled lemon
with a cup of Chef's choice soup
